Faith & Community Projects
Al Nasr Relief Agency has supported a range of community projects that promote spiritual wellbeing, education and the protection of vulnerable children.
A donation of £1,545.46 supported the construction of a new masjid and madrassa in Badhan, providing orphaned children with access to education and creating a place for the wider community to gather and practise their faith.
ANRA contributed £4,047.62 towards a similar mosque construction project in Xingalool, supporting the local community with a dedicated place of worship.
ANRA also funded a boarding school project for orphaned and underprivileged children on the remote outskirts of Dhufeeco. The school lacked a boundary wall, which was needed to help protect the children, create a safer learning environment and support tree planting for shade and long-term environmental sustainability. ANRA contributed £11,740.37 towards constructing a 400-metre perimeter wall, 2 metres high, with a total wall surface area of 800 sqm.
These projects demonstrate ANRA’s continued commitment to strengthening communities, supporting education, and improving the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
