Local Women’s Centre

To empower women and enable them to play an active role within their communities, it was important to create a dedicated space where local women could socialise, develop new skills, hold meetings, organise training sessions and celebrate special occasions.

Recognising this need, Al Nasr Relief Agency undertook the development of a Local Women's Centre to provide a safe, welcoming, and accessible environment for women to come together, support one another and participate in community activities.

The centre has helped strengthen community engagement, promote personal development and create opportunities for women to contribute positively to the social and economic development of their communities.
